GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT

Abstracts in Microsoft Word, of not more than 250 words (excluding the title, author(s), name and affiliations) are invited for oral or poster presentation(s).

The abstract must be written and submitted in English language (1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman, font size 12). The keywords should not be more than five. The keywords should be bold and capitalized, followed by full name(s) (surname first) of author(s) and address(es). This should include the email address and phone number (with country code for foreign participants) of the corresponding author. Authors should indicate their subtheme and presentation preference (oral or poster) at the top of the abstract.

The abstract can be submitted as attachment to: [email protected] or by completing and submitting the Abstract Submission form on this page on or before 31st March, 2024.

Any abstract received after the deadline may not be included in the book of abstract.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADHERE STRICTLY TO THE GUIDELINE.

There will be oral and poster presentations. The dimension for the Poster should be A0 portrait (84cm by 119cm) printed on a flex. PowerPoint Presentation should not be more than 20 slides. The duration for each presentation will be announced at the venue.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

The conference fee is stated below:

– Early Bird – ₦22,000
– Undergraduate Students – ₦5,000
– Postgraduate Students – ₦10,000
– Late registration fee – ₦25,000.

– Registration fee covers conference materials, lunch, and tea break.

– Virtual attendees – ₦15,000, International participants are to pay $100.
