EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR NON-ACADEMIC STAFF VACANCY

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for the vacant position of Principal Internal Auditor in the Internal Audit Unit in the University as follows.

1. APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate should possess at least 5 0’ level credits including English Language, Mathematics, and a Degree in Accounting from a recognized University. Candidates must have at least 9 years post-qualification cognate experience and be Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or Associate of National Accountants of Nigeria. Possession of the certificate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria will be an added advantage.

2. METHOD OF APPLICATION

Candidates are required to submit 15 type-written copies of their applications, credentials, and updated Curriculum Vitae giving information in the following format:

   15. Extra-curricular activities
   16. Names and addresses of 3 referees whose reports should be sealed and submitted along with the application.  Two of the referees must be authorities in the candidate’s area of specialization.
   17. Registration with relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
