VC Approves Upgrades for Bakery and Laundry Units

During an inspection of the University Bakery, the Vice-Chancellor commended the staff and Dr. Olanrewaju Akanbi, who received her with praise song and dance at the facility entrance, for their commitment and quality of work. She described bread as an essential item in every household and urged the team to continue maintaining high standards.
At the Laundry Unit, Prof. Oduwole approved the purchase of an industrial washing machine, gas stove, power generator, dryer and industrial pressing iron. She also approved renovation of the facility, reiterating her administration’s commitment to enhancing service delivery and productivity.

The Vice-Chancellor equally visited the Water Factory, where she appreciated Dr. Akanbi for his effective management of the unit, noting the importance of clean and potable water to the overall health and wellbeing of the university community.
