Admission Requirements

• Five (5) credits in SSCE/GCE including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Biology, Agricultural Science and Technical Drawing.
• Holders of Higher School Certificate (HSC) /GCE ‘!\ Level in two relevant subjects; OND or HND in Estate Management or allied professions may be assessed and placed appropriately; ND (minimum of Lower Credit) may be admitted into 200 level while HND (minimum of Upper Credit) may be admitted into 300 level. Applicants must however meet the entry requirements above.

Transfer cases: Candidates wishing to transfer from a recognized school of Estate Management in Another University into Ajayi Crowther University may be considered for absorption at the appropriate level.

Duration of Programme

• The expected duration of the Bachelors Degree in Estate Management will be a minimum of TEN Semesters and a maximum of FIFTEEN Semesters for holders of SSCE/GCE Certificate. The six months for SIWES programme will take place during the second semester of year four.
