Prof. Ojedokun to Deliver ACU’s 30th Inaugural Lecture

Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, is set to host its 30th Inaugural Lecture. The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Ayoku Akanni Ojedokun, a distinguished Professor of Library and Information Science in the Department of Library and Information Science, Faculty of Social Sciences.

The lecture, titled “From Access to Empowerment: Navigating the Digital Age,” will be held on Tuesday, 25th August, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Crowther Hall in the University.

Prof. Ojedokun is expected to deliver a pivotal discourse on navigating the digital age. The lecture promises to explore the crucial transition from merely having access to information to achieving true empowerment in an increasingly digital world.

The event will be chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ebunoluwa Oduwole.
